Sezuan shines and raised the bar to +80% victory together with Dorothee Schneider
First Danish Warmblood stallion Sezuan took the victory in Prix Sct. Georg with German Dorothee Schneider in the saddle with an impressive score of 80,833%, ahead of another German couple Destiny OLD and Kristina Bröring-Sprehe scoring 77,456%.
From waching the entire class the scoreboard seems to be very hot for Destiny and Kristina, and as Dorothee and Sezuan were next to go the victory seems already gone. But there was a clear quality difference of the two combinations.
Dorothee Schneider is an outstanding rider, and her partnership with the big black stallion seems to develop from competition to competition. Super active trot tour, supple shoulder in, volte and half passes, good walk tour with good walk pirouettes, small tension from walk to canter, good canter pirouettes with good collection and nice self carriage, the change at C after the first pirouette becomes a bit tense. Super nice active series.

More Danish success
Today´s CDI4 Grand Prix with qualifier for Grand Prix freestyle was won by Danish rider Daniel Bachmann Andersen and KWPN stallion Blue Hors Zack, sire of Sezuan. They showed a nice start with good power, nice supple half passes with good crossing. Good into the first passage with slight lost of the clear passage rhythm, the first piaffe becomes a bit limited and forward, while the 2nd piaffe becomes with some tensions. An error in the 2 times series, bit unbalanced pirouettes, where Zack sits a bit too much. Final centerline also becomes with a bit too much forward piaffe. Victory score of 71.08%.
2nd Bernadette Brune and Spirit of the Age showed a solid test, although Spirit looked slightly with a kind of "summer body form", but still showing an obedient test and correct.
3rd is Danish based Australian Simone Pearce with Wladimir. For some moments a bit hurried picture, but Simone manage to show an errorfree test with good power.
