2nd Dutch observation for WCYH takes place 21 & 22 June in Ermelo. Combinations selected for 3rd observation with riders which are going to the Olympics will be exempt for the 3rd observation and will be part of the final selection (at paper) together with the present combinations 19 & 20 July. .
